Join us for this special Governance to Governance session, on February 28, 2018 where we will engage in a generative discussion and ask for your feedback on the approach we are proposing to use to develop our six year strategic plan. Our goal is to ensure that voices of our community are well-represented, and that the resulting plan reflects collective ownership.
The proposed agenda for this important governance to governance session will be focussed on engagement rather than information. The conversation will include:
- Receiving your feedback on the proposed approach to development our six year Strategic Plan for Mississauga Halton LHIN
- Getting your input on what you feel are the critical success factors for us to embrace a shared vision for health transformation
- Hearing your ideas on how the 2019-2025 strategic plan can be a roadmap for the LHIN as an organization, and also for the system
Also, as promised at the December Quarterly Sector meeting, we will also take an opportunity to review the new LHIN authorities (within the context of Patients First vision) and seek your feeback and engagement around our new Mississauga Halton LHIN values.
